Join The Team

The person who interviewed you or a dispatcher should reach out to you to let you know what time to meet at the homebase in your area. 

• Shirt - A tee shirt and jacket are good suitable as long as they are appropriate in what they have on them
• Shorts/Pants - Wear shorts or pants that you would feel comfortable bending over repeatedly in and picking things off the floor. Moving attire is similar to workout attire. They should stay up on their own.
• Hats - They are allowed as long as they dont get in the way of your work and they are appropriate.
• Shoes - Shoes or boots must have good grip and be closed toed.

• A smart phone with the connecteam app and smartmoving apps installed.
• A water bottle. Often we are at storage units where water isnt available.
• Sack lunch or snacks. Sometimes there might not be a fast-food place or gas station near by to get food.

1. The dispatcher should have sent you job details so you can know what to expect for your 1st day. 
2. You should receive a welcome packet at the garage that gives you information on how to join the team
3. Another mover will train you on the move that day and answer any questions you have.
